About Karate
Karate consists primarily of striking, blocking and kicking techniques. Our Karate system, known as Kei Shin Kan Karate, emphasizes precision technique and the balance of relaxation, power, and agility.
Karate is not just a martial art; it is a way of life. We believe in cultivating the human spirit through honesty, integrity and honor. We strive to better ourselves, and all of our relationships, through the understanding of the arts. Together, we forge our character out of discipline ensuring that no one ever gets left behind.
